G’day! I am back from my travels and ready to get back into updating. First of all, an announcement of sorts. Maria is no longer working on the site due to being busy with her studies. However, my dear friend Mycah has agreed to help out so a thank you goes out to her!
Whilst I was away, a teaser trailer was released for Confessions of a Shopaholic. It looks like great fun and Miss Isla could not be any more adorable if she tried! I think this film will be a good one. And, as a Finn, the whole Finnish thing made me giggle – and especially combined with Isla’s crazy eye! Anna has contributed HD screencaps – thank you! I got my copy of the Definitely, Maybe DVD and created screencaptures of Isla’s role as April. I love both the performance and the character and the movie is one of my favorites that Miss Fisher has done to date. As per usual, I will be adding video clips on my next update. Enjoy these but keep in mind that the caps will feature spoilers if you have not watched the movie yet.
More pictures from the set and these are a little older – from April 30. The filming of Shopaholic is still in Miami, Florida and Isla has a beautiful white dress on!
The Lookout was finally released on DVD here in the UK and I managed to get my copy. It was my first time of seeing the film and I really enjoyed it – and especially Isla’s performance. It is a different role for her and she did a really good job as Luvlee. Definitely one of my favorite Isla roles to date! I’ve added screencaptures and video clips for your viewing pleasure.
