I really want to apologize for the lack in updates last year. To be honest when things settle down with Isla, they go very quiet. So my motivation wasn’t really here for the site. However I’ve gotten a tincy bit of motivation while I read the Shopaholic novels (it’s true Isla is the perfect Becky! Only a shame the movie wasn’t more of a financial success because I’d love to see more of Isla in her shoes) but luckily our girl seems to have gotten a bevy of new projects which should begin filming soon so hopefully we will have new Isla material soon.

For now I’ve updated the gallery with the missing event pictures from late last year. These include: Bruno’s Los Angeles premiere, Crude benefit screening and Feeding America’s Benefit Concert. Isla looks gorgeous at all of the events!

Isla continued support of Sacha Baron Cohen yesterday by attending the London premiere of Bruno. She looked super pretty and sexy in a short gray dress and heels. Pictures are available in the gallery for your viewing pleasure.

Isla attended the Paris premiere of her future husband Sacha Baron Cohen’s new film Bruno yesterday. Miss Fisher was gorgeous and cute as always and it’s nice to see her out and about!

Isla attended the UK premiere of Confessions of a Shopaholic on Monday. She wore short black Jasmine Di Milo dress with sequins and a low back. Fisher accessories with a gold clutch by Lara Bohinc and chic Jimmy Choo Seattle strappy sandals. She looked incredibly beautiful as always!

Speaking of the movie. I managed to catch it myself this past weekend and really enjoyed it. It’s a really delightful movie. And of course, what can you not love about Miss Isla? She is so hilarious, a genuinely funny comedienne you root for all the way. Isla’s commitment to the character and her willingness to make a total fool of her self is why you love Rebecca so much. A must see for any Isla fans!

Confessions of a Shopaholic is now playing in North America and opens in the UK on Friday, Feb. 20.

As I’ve reported, tonight was the New York premiere for Confessions of a Shopaholic. Miss Fisher attended the screening wearing a wore a slinky green cocktail beaded dress by Matthew Williamson but retrieved her white Zac Posen coat to walk the press line.

Isla told her press her biggest splurge is Food. “I love food,” she said. “I splurge on nice restaurants.”

Miss Fisher taped her appearance for David Letterman earlier today. She looked so gorgeous in a white dress by J. Mendel (thanks to Julia for the info!). Be sure to tune in to for her episode, moments away! Will add the clip and caps tomorrow and it’s likely I’ll have more pictures from the arrivals/departures too.

The Confessions of a Shopaholic press conference took place in at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills on January 25th and pictures from the event have now surfaced. :) Isla looks so adorable!

Thursday, February 5th will be the New York premiere of Confessions of a Shopahic. It will be held at the Ziegfeld Theatre (New York, New York). There will be a cocktail reception is immediately following at a nearby location.

Variety, The Children’s Charity, is featuring an auction on eBay for two tickets. All proceeds will benefit the charity.
